Processing & Fulfillment

All Human Pen Writers Association merchandise is produced and shipped through our trusted print-on-demand partners, including Printful and other quality fulfillment services. This means your items are created specifically for you after you place your order.

Processing Time: 2-7 business days
Orders are sent to production within 24-48 hours of purchase. Your items are then printed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.

Production Notice: Since each item is made-to-order, processing times may vary slightly based on product type and current demand. We'll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Options & Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States):

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after production

International Shipping:

• Standard International: 7-14 business days after production

• Express International: 3-7 business days after production

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We work hard to keep shipping costs reasonable while ensuring your items arrive safely.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. This allows you to monitor your package's progress from our fulfillment center to your door.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote locations may have limited shipping options. If you're unsure about shipping to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production schedules and fulfillment center locations. You'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Address Changes

Since orders enter production quickly, we can only modify shipping addresses within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, address changes may not be possible. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

1. Check with household members and neighbors

2. Look for packages in secure locations around your delivery address

3. Contact us within 30 days if the package cannot be located
